摘要: 为对高速公路入口自适应性超限检测站进行经济性估算, 采用阶段预测方法建立成本节约估算模型, 分析收费站入口货车延误影响因素, 形成入口延误时间节约估算方法;引入TTI模型估算路段客货车延误成本节约, 依据实际道路交通情况, 分析并得出养护成本节约估算方法;结合自适应性超限检测站的投资建立有效的成本节约估算模型, 将各项节约项目进行量化.该估算模型可从经济角度为自适应性超限检测站的设置提供理论支持.Abstract: Cost saving algorithm was established based on the way of stage prediction. By analyzing the truck delay influence factors for the entrance of a toll gate, an entrance delay time saving algorithm was determined. Considering TTI algorithm and the actual road traffic situation, the model of maintenance cost saving was obtained. Each saving item was quantified in this paper. It provided theoretical support for adaptable dynamic weight station economically.
