Abstract:
In order to find out the hydrodynamics of dense liquid-solid flow in circulating fluidized bed(CFB),Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation is applied to two-phase turbulence system. On the base of Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model,by studying particle-particle collision, its influences of various inter-phase drag models and the collisional restitution coefficients,a theory model has been established which describes dense liquid-solid turbulence flow in CFB.Based on these, the radial distributions of solid axial velocity, holdup and turbulence parameters are predicted. The prediction has agreed with experiment data very well,so it is confirmed that the theory model and computing process are valid.
