C-Mn钢焊接热影响区氢脆敏感性的研究

    A Study on Hydrogen Embrittlement of C-Mn Steel Welded HAZ Metals

    • 摘要: 用光滑和缺口拉伸试件,对C-Mn钢的焊态和焊接热影响区的热模拟态进行氢脆敏感性指数的研究,并进行了金相与断口的SEM,TEM,AES的微区分析。实验证实,焊缝氢脆敏感性指数(Ⅰ%)最低,母材次之,峰值温度(Tmax℃)在1100-1300℃区间的热影响区金属其Ⅰ%最高,为焊接接头的氢脆敏感薄弱区。

       

      Abstract: hydrogen embrittlement index (1%) of welds and heat affected zone(HAZ) of C-Mn steel welded joints are studied by means of smooth and notched tensile specimen. Meanwhile metallogragh and micro, macro fractogragh of the specimen are analysed with SEM, TEM and AES methods Experimental results have verified that the 1% of weld metal is the lowest, parent metal is the next and the HAZ metals with its peak temperature(Tmax℃) in the range 1100℃-1300℃ has a highest 1% among other parts of a welded joint, so it can be considered as a weakest region to hydrogen embrittlement.
