弯管缺陷超声导波检测的有限元分析

    Finite Element Analysis of Defect Detection in Curved Pipes Using Ultrasonic Guided Waves

    • 摘要: 为了利用有限元方法对弯管缺陷进行超声导波检测,阐述了建模、加载及后处理在有限元方法中的具体实现过程,并且对导波在带单缺陷及双缺陷的90°弯管中的传播分别进行了数值计算。计算结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明利用有限元方法可以对弯管缺陷导波检测进行有效的数值模拟。

       

      Abstract: This article expatiated on the realization of modeling, loading and post processing by finite element method in detail, and did numerical calculation by simulating the propagations of ultrasonic guided waves in 90 degrees curved pipes with one defect or two defects. The simulation result is consistent with that of experiment, which indicates that finite element method is available for simulating the defect detection in curved pipes using ultrasonic guided waves.
