出血性休克微循环血流的流变学分析之二——RBCs离散度与拟剪切率的相关性

    The Relation Between RBCs Dispersion and Pseudo Shear Rate, Second Rheology Analysis of Hemorrhage Shock Microcirculation Blood Flow

    • 摘要: 在对12只大鼠提睾肌出血性休克微循血流在体观察基础上,采用MCIP数字图象处理技术,在体测量了平均管径为150μm的微动脉内径、细胞柱直径,以及拟剪切率等微循环流变学多数,为了有效的描述出血性休克微循环障碍时的微血流紊乱现象,我们定义了一个新的微循环血流多数:红细胞(RBCs)离散度,它等于微血管中RBCs柱直径与管内径之比,根据实验数据,对RBCs离散度与拟剪切率的相关性进行了定量分析,本研究认为,RBCs离散度作为在体测量的微循环血流动力学多数,在反映微血流紊乱时的病理信息方面,检测RBCs离散度比HCT更为有效.

       

      Abstract: On observing the microcirculation blood flow of 52 rats suffering from cremaster muscle hemorrhagic shock in vivo the microvessels in 150μm diameter on the average,the diameter of RBCs column,the pseudo shear rate are measened,and other microcirculation parameters are determince using the digital image technique of Xiu's lab in the Institute of Microcirculation.Chinese Academy of Medical Scienccs.A new microcirculation blood flow parameter,RBCs dispereion which is equal to the ratio of RBCs column diameter to vessel diameter in microvesscls is put forward to describing effectively the disorder phenemena the microvessel blood flow when microcirculation barrier appears.The relation betwccn RBCs disperoion and pseudo shear rate are analysed according to experimental data.The examination through RBCs dispereion is more effective than that of HCT to reflect the pathological information of disorder microvessel blood flow.
