焊接接头应力腐蚀裂纹亚临界扩展特性(da)/(dt)的研究

    A Study of the SCC Propagation Characteristics da/dt of welded Joints

    • 摘要: 本文对16 Mn,09MnTiCuRe Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型钢,采用恒位移的WOL试件,对其母材、焊缝、热影响区,以及焊接接头横向扩展和纵向扩展的应力腐蚀裂纹扩展速率作了测试。对宏观和微观断口形貌作了观察分析。作了两种熔合线部位的热模拟试件,证明其抗H2S应力腐蚀性能最差。发现纵向扩展前沿呈“凹”形,而横向扩展(da)/(dt)-K1曲线呈马鞍形,从而对焊接接头应力腐蚀裂纹扩展特性提供了新颖的资料。

       

      Abstract: By means of ponstant displacement WOL specimens, characteristics and rates of SCC propagation on parent metals, welded metals and heat affected zone of steels of 16Mn and 09MnTiCuRe types Ⅰ and Ⅱ as well as transversal and longitudinal propagation of welded joints are measured and demonstrated in this paper. Macro and micro fractographs are carefully observed and analyzed. Two kinds of heat simulated specimens of fusion line are made that their resistance to H2S stress corrosion is proved to be the minimum. The front of the longitudinal propagated crack at the fusion line presents a "Concave" shape and the curve da/dt-K1 of the transversal propagation appears in "Saddle" pattern. This provides the SCC propagation characteristics of welded joints with new information.
