大城市商业区停车行为调查及初步分析——以北京市西单地区为例

Survey and Analysis of Parking Behavior in Metropolitan Business Quarter——With Xidan district of Beijing as example

摘要: 以探讨解决停车问题的技术、政策为目的,以北京西单地区为对象,对停车行为进行了调查研究。调查的结果表明,停车者对可以调节停车供需平衡的停车诱导系统表现出较大兴趣。另外,合理地利用价格杠杆调节停车供需关系,具有明显的调节空间。

Abstract: To discuss the technology and policy of solving parking problem,a survey on parking behavior was conducted in Xidan district of Beijing.The result shows that the parkers are interested in PGI which can adjust the balance between the demand and supply of parking lot.It's helpful to reasonably adjust the relationship of parking demand and supply using price lever.
