双导程直线接触偏置蜗杆传动Ⅲ——几何参数分析与确定

    Double Lead Spiroid Worm Gearing With a Beeline Contact,Part Ⅲ:Confirmation and Analysis for Geometric Parameters

    • 摘要: 论述了一种新型偏置蜗杆传动方式的基本原理,即蜗轮蜗杆传动的啮入和啮出分别是基于具有渐开线齿形、齿面瞬时接触状态为直线接触的外啮合和内啮合空间相错轴螺旋齿轮传动方式实现的,蜗轮和蜗杆的内外啮合齿面是分别由各自2个同轴的基圆柱形成的渐开螺旋面.论述了这种蜗杆传动的传动副结构特点、运动和几何参数的确定原则以及正确传动的安装条件,并给出了计算示例.

       

      Abstract: The principle of a new type spiroid worm-gear drive was discussed in the paper.In the new transmission way,the engaging-in process of the gear surface is based on the principle of external meshing crossed helical gear drive.And the engaging-out process of the gear surface is based on the principle of internal meshing crossed helical gear drive.All the profiles of the teeth are involute,instantaneous contact state is a beeline on the surfaces,and the surfaces of the teeth are helical involute surface whether on the gear or on the worm.The structural characteristics of this worm drive were analyzed.For the double lead spiroid worm-gear drive,the principia to determine the kinematic and geometric parameters was presented,Installation conditions for correct transmission were discussed.And a calculation example was provided.
