装配生产线人因质量事故的追溯方法

摘要: 研究了离散制造业装配生产线人因质量事故的追溯方法.在分析Swain的人因失误分类方法和Ras-mussen的S-R-K(skill-based behaviors,rule-based behaviors,knowledge-based behaviors)分类方法的基础上,综合2种方法的优点提出了一种新的复合分层人因失误辨识方法.基于这种方法,结合故障树分析,对某厂传感器线束装配生产线终端的产品泄漏的人因失误因素进行了分层辨识,辨识结果表明:人因失误的内在因素(求快、侥幸心理、粗心大意)对失误过程影响较大,是人因失误的主要影响因素.此外,泄漏质量事故的发生同时受到环境与管理因素的影响,它是在外在环境因素及内在因素的共同诱导下产生的.Abstract: the aim is to research the method of tracing back to quality accident due to human-errors in assembly line for Intermittent Manufacturing.A method about hierarchical recognition of human-errors is developed by integrating the strongpoints both the Swain's classifying method and Rasmussen's S-R-K classifying method about human-errors.And based on this method the leak problems of sensor wiring harness due to human-errors in the assembly line is analysed by combining with the faults-tree analysis method.The research results state that the intrinsic factors(swiftnees,aleatory psychology,incaution) are the main reasons for human errors during assembly process of the sensor wiring harness.Otherwise,the influence of the circumstance and management factors on the leak problems of sensor wiring harness can not be neglected.
