连杆机构运动弹性动力分析的一种高效新方法

    A New Efficient Approximate Method For Kineto-Elastodynamic Analysis of Linkages

    • 摘要: 在以分布质量为模型的仃限元分析基础,上提出了一种用以求解弹性机构稳态解的新的迭代近似方法(QDA方法)。它成功地用求解代数方程组的方法代替了运动弹性动力(KED)分析中求解微分方程的复杂过程大大节省了计算机时。结果表明:QDA方法计算精度较高,运算速度快,是一种高效的近似方法。

       

      Abstract: A new approximate iterative approach, QDA method, for the steady solution of flexible mechanism is put forward, based on the finite element analysis on the distributed parameter model. It successfully replaces the solving of complicated differential equations in the kineto-elastodynamic(KED) analysis with the solving of a set of algebraic equations, saving a lot of computing time. The results show that this new method is of accurate computing precision and of high computing speed, and is an efficient approximate method.
