采用声光调Q获得激光脉冲序列的研究

    Study of Laser Pulse Sequence by Acousto-optic Modulation Q

    • 摘要: 为了获得高峰值功率激光脉冲序列输出,以提高激光打孔过程中微孔的质量,减小再铸层的厚度,设计了一套系统:通过编制一定形状的外触发信号对Nd:YAG脉冲激光器进行声光调制,得到峰值功率为2.5×103KW的激光脉冲序列输出.研究了在不同外触发波形调制信号和不同延迟时间下(50-250μs)的激光脉冲序列形状.并从充放电回路和电光转换时间的角度,分析了延迟对脉冲序列的影响,由此得到对一般Nd:YAG脉冲激光器进行声光外调制的延迟时间为150 μs左右.

       

      Abstract: In order to acquire the high power laser pulse sequence to increase the quality of laser drilling and thin the recast layer of micropores, a system is designed to make acousto-optic modulation(AOM) on the Nd: YAG pulse laser by a certain shape of external trigger signal so that the laser pulse sequence of the high power of 2.5×102 kW is obtained. The modulation signal of different external trigger waveform and the laser pulse sequence shape under different delay time(50-250μs) are studied. According to the circuit of charge and discharge and the time of electro-optic transfer, the influence of delay on pulse sequence is analyzed, and from this it is known that the delay time of the AOM of Nd: YAG pulse laser is about 150μs.
