节能型住宅采暖期建筑能耗动态分析

    Dynamic Analysis of Building Energy Consumption for Energy Saving Residence in Heating Season

    • 摘要: 提出了采暖期负荷动态控制模型.以北京市某住宅为研究对象, 利用EnergyPlus软件对采暖期负荷动态控制模型的实现方法、能耗效果进行了模拟和分析.研究结果表明:采暖期负荷动态控制模型不仅可使室内温度及舒适度满足设计要求, 而且结果显示建筑用电量节约了16.4%, 而总热量消耗减少了11.6%, 节能效果显著.研究成果为采暖期的供热系统的节能运行调节提供了一种思路.

       

      Abstract: Heating period load dynamic control (HPLDC) model is put forward. The software EnergyPlus is used to simulate the effect of HPLDC model for an energy saving residence in Beijing.Resultsshow that the indoor temperature and comfort meet the design requirements by using HPLDC model. The power saving reaches 16.4%, while the total calories consumed is reduced 11.6%; therefore, the energy saving effect is remarkable. The research result provides a way of the energy-saving operation during the heating period.
