高速线材轧机齿轮箱典型故障的CTN综合诊断

    The Comprehensive Diagnosis of Gear-box Typical Fault in the High Speed Wire Rolling Mill

    • 摘要: 为了综合提高高线轧机齿轮箱典型故障诊断能力,突出信号特征,根据高线轧机结构特征及齿轮箱振动信号特点,提出了CTN综合诊断分析新方法.采用时域波形分析、频域分析、时域趋势分析和特征频率幅值趋势分析初步定性判断设备状态和故障部件,然后利用基于多分辨率分析的小波包分解与重构算法进行精密诊断分析.研究结果实现了准确判断高线轧机齿轮箱故障性质及故障源.

       

      Abstract: To improve the comprehensive diagnosis ability and extract signal feature of the gear-box typical fault in the hige speed wire rolly mill,the paper puts forward a new comprehensive traditional-new(CTN) diagnosis method in which time domain wave analysis,frequency analysis,time-domain trend analysis and characteristic frequency amplitude trend analysis are used to judge the status of the machine and fault parts qualitatively,and then precision diagnosis of wavelet packets decomposition and reconstruction based on the multi-resolution analysis is used.The research results arrive at the exact judgment of the fault quality and fault position quantitatively,which indicates the validity and the practicability of the method proposed here.
