混合动力汽车铅酸电池模型和试验研究

    Modeling and Test on HEV Lead-Acid Batteries

    • 摘要: 根据车载动力电池充放电流的变化,选取了电池的等效电路模型.设计了一种脉冲试验测试方法以获取模型中的参数,数据分析结果表明,电池内部参数随着荷电状态变化具有一定的规律.这一变化规律的确定有助于将电池工作范围控制在能量转化效率较高的区域,还可对在线利用卡尔曼滤波方法识别电池的状态提供验证和对照信息.

       

      Abstract: According to the dynamic operating conditions of traction batteries,an equivalent circuit model is selected to simulate electro-chemical characteristics of the battery.A pulse current test method is proposed to derive the internal parameters.Data analysis results indicate that these parameters vary with the state of charge.According to these disciplines,the dynamic working range of batteries can be chosen for the high energy transfer efficiency.Also these parameters can provide the calibration for the on-board state of charge and state of health identification with Kalman filter techniques.
