M2高速钢渗碳层碳化物相变规律的研究

    A Research on the Transformations of Carbides in the Carburized Layer of M2 High Speed Steel

    • 摘要: 在真空渗碳淬火过程中,M2高速钢表层发生了复杂的碳化物相变,对渗碳过程的热力学和动力学特征及渗层机械性能产生重大影响。本文运用合金相理论分析了渗层相变的原因。

       

      Abstract: Some complex transformations of carbides occur in the carburized layer of M2 high speed steel during the vacuum carburizing and hardening process. These transformations greatly affect the thermodynamic and kinetic features of the carburizing process and the mechanical properties of the carburized layer. The causes of these transformations are discussed with the theory of alloy phase.
