Abstract: The nature of the three major parts which constitute the theoretical system of the construction organization design is analysed and verified in this paper. The key link of the three major parts is the natural construction seguence of the general project schedule, while the key link of the latter is that of the major item. The construction organization design beginning with the design of construction sequence has its natural correlation, recurrence and procedure.
