基于脉搏波的新型血流参数检测仪的研制

    Development of A New Hemodynamic Parameters Detecting Instrument Based on Pulse Wave

    • 摘要: 为了解决现有的脉搏血流参数检测仪需要事先测量血压值、操作不方便的缺陷,开发了一种基于PC机的新型脉搏血流参数检测仪,可更方便地实现心血管参数的无损检测.本系统集成了一个由RS232串口控制的无创血压测量模块,可实现血压的自动测量.脉搏波信号通过桡动脉脉搏压力传感器获得,经过信号放大、滤波和A/D转换进入计算机.系统软件通过病人身高、体重、血压值等参数根据双弹性腔模型计算出波形系数、心率等血流参数.对比实验和可重复性实验证明本系统具有良好的准确性和较高的可重复性.可以被开发为临床应用的产品,更适合家庭使用.

       

      Abstract: A new instrument is developed to detect hemodynamic parameters, which needs not measure blood pressure beforehand and therefore more convenient. Integrated with a blood pressure measuring module, this system can measure blood pressure value automatically. The signal of pulse wave can be detected by a pulse pressure sensor, amplified and filtered, and finally transferred into digital signal used in PC by means of an A/D converter. Making use of double elastic cavities module, the software of this system can work out hemodynamic parameters such as heart rate, coefficient of pulse wave, and so on based on basic information of patient including blood pressure value. Demonstrated by comparison experiment and repeatability experiment, this system possesses high accuracy and good repeatability and thus can be applied to clinic and family health care.
