Abstract:
In the condition of room temperature 14.2~23.9 ℃,ANAMMOX bacteria granule sludge is inoculated to the biofilter,which is filled with lava as carrier.In the inlet sewage of initial stages,
ρ(NH
4+-N)= 70 mg/L,
ρ(NO
2--N)=90 mg/L,the removal load of TN is 0.12 kg/(m
3·d).After 105 days,the removal load of TN increases to 2.22 kg/(m
3·d).The quick start-up of ANAMMOX biofilter was realized successfully.In the start-up process,according to the change of N
2 yield,apparent color of biofilm,nitrogen removal velocity and pH value,the whole start-up process can be divided into two phases including domestication and quick multiplication of ANAMMOX bacteria.
