Abstract: The general congnitive theoretical framework with coincidence of logic and intuition is established using neural network(NN) methods.The definition of understanding is proposed;the hidden hierarchical structure NN,as a general theoretical model,is proposed;and the criteria of a new mathematical foundation for this theoretical framework is established in the paper.
