老化后天然橡胶隔震支座的性能预测

    Prediction of Aged Natural Rubber Isolation Bearings' Performances

    • 摘要: 通过对老化后的天然橡胶(natural rubber,NR)块体进行切片试验,分析了NR隔震支座的内部老化规律,在此基础上建立了隔震支座的有限元模型,确定了合理的橡胶本构关系,进而通过有限元分析预测了老化后橡胶隔震支座的性能变化,确立了采用有限元方法预测老化后NR隔震支座性能的方法,并通过一个使用了38a的NR隔震支座的实测结果对其进行了验证。

       

      Abstract: In this research aged natural rubber(NR) blocks were sliced and tested.The aging characteristics inside NR isolation bearings were revealed.Furthermore,a finite element model of NR isolation bearing was built and the suitable constitutive law for NR was discussed,then the performances of aged NR bearings were predicted through finite element analysis.The proposed prediction method of aged NR isolation bearings' performances was validated through comparing the simulation results with the test results of a 38-year old Pelham bridge NR bearing.
