电动汽车用锂离子电池低温性能和加热方法

    Low-temperature Performance and Heating Method of Lithium Battery in Electric Vehicles

    • 摘要: 为提高锂离子动力电池的低温充放电性能, 以锰酸锂80 Ah电池单体为研究对象, 进行低温下电池充放电特性实验研究, 提出宽线金属膜加热方法, 并对-40℃下的电池单体进行加热和放电实验, 采用不同的预热时间, 对加热后电池放电性能进行比较实验.结果表明:低温下, 电池的充放电性能显著衰减, 采用宽线金属膜加热方式能显著提升电池的低温放电性能;同时, 通过对比实验发现, 仅增加预热时间对提高低温电池放电性能的效果有限.

       

      Abstract: To improve the low-temperature performance of batteries, the experiments of the chargedischarge characteristics of 80Ah Li-ion battery cell were conducted under the condition of cold temperature, and the wide-line metal film method for heating battery was presented.At-40 ℃, heating and discharge experiments had been performed on the battery cell.The experimental results show that the charge-discharge performance of battery cell is dropped substantially in cold climates, and the discharge performance can be significantly improved after heating by the wide-line metal film.Meanwhile, only increasing preheating-time can not greatly improve low-temperature performance of battery according to the contrast experiments.
