Abstract:
This research revealed the temperature field characteristics of a concrete foundation slab in early age based on the numerical simulation and field test methods, the concrete inner-surface temperature differences and the inner-outer temperature differences variation rule with the curing time was attained. The numerical and test results show that the temperature curves of the monitoring points follow different laws with the concrete curing age. The temperature of top points, which is located in the vicinity of the reservoir area, is affected obviously by the outer conditions, and the temperatures curves is consist with the atmospheric temperature, but the center and bottom points are affected little. It shows a good consistency between numerical simulation and field test records concerning the temperature and the temperature difference of the measuring points located at the center and the bottom of the concrete, and the temperature difference are all less than 25 ℃, and the concrete would not crack.
