Abstract: The composition of an intumescent fire-retardant coatings applied to steel and its formula are introduced. Through optimum seeking the coating composition, flame-retardant systems, fillings and auxiliaries, as well as the best formulation are presented. The property of the product upon this formulation outstrips the state standard and meets the market demand.
