非线性脉搏波在具有外周组织的动脉内传播的理论模型

    A Theoretical Model of Nonlinear Wave Propagations in Arteries with Surrounding Tissues

    • 摘要: 本文提出了一个新的非线性脉搏波在动脉内传播的理论模型,推导了一个新的血管一外周组织系统的非线性运动方程组,在其中仅含血管壁和流体的应力以及血管的非线性几何。这组运动方程与代表血液流动的Navier-Stokes方程和连续性方程以及流体和血管壁本构方程相结合,可用数值方法来求解非线性脉搏波在动脉内的传播。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,a new theoretical model of nonlinear wave propagations in arteries with surrounding tissues was put forward.The equations of motion for the blood vessels and their peripheral tissues as a system have been derived.These equations were expressed in terms of the stresses of the vessel wall and the fluid,and the geometry of the vessel.They can be used to solve numerically the problems for the propagations of nonlinear pulse waves in arteries together with the Navier-Stokes equations,the continuity equation as well as the constiutive equations of fluid and vessel wall.
