Abstract: This paper presents an advanced CAT/CAD system for high frequency technology, i.e. a cost-effective path for a wide variety of test and design applications for RF circuits. With this system, some high frequency broadband linear power amplifiers, typically used in CATV, have been developed and discussed in this paper.
