摘要: 为弥补压电陶瓷微位移器件伸长量过小的缺陷,设计了一种结构紧凑、无传动间隙、无附加位移耦合的柔性铰链微位移放大器,以满足大行程纳米定位的需要.详细讨论了柔性铰链放大器的工作原理、设计方法和加工技术关键.Abstract: The micro-manipulation actuators based on function material enjoy many advantages over their conventional counterparts, they have fine resolution, fast response, long life and no wear and tear. But the limited displacement narrowed their application. The application of the amplifier mechanism based on Flexible Joint may solve this problem. In this paper, the design and the manufacture of a high resolution, backlash free and displacement coupling free amplifier are discussed.
