无线随钻测量地面解码系统及算法设计

    Design of Wireless MWD Ground Decoding System With Algorithm

    • 摘要: 针对目前国内油田无线随钻测量(measure while drilling,MWD)中多采用国外仪器的现状,研制了一套MWD地面解码系统,其硬件将防爆箱、地面采集箱集成在一起,作为MWD地面解码系统泥浆脉冲信号的数据采集单元.首先,地面解码算法采用了有限冲击响应(finite impulse response,FIR)数字滤波对泥浆脉冲信号进行去噪;然后,采用相关基值调整算法对去噪后的泥浆脉冲信号进行泵冲基值的消除;最后,对选取的三比特周期内曼彻斯特编码的泥浆脉冲信号波形形状进行了分析,将模糊聚类算法应用到了泥浆脉冲信号的识别上.现场实验结果表明:研制的装置能正确地对泥浆脉冲信号进行提取和识别,解码过程简单实用,具有可靠性高、误码率低等特点,符合工程应用的要求.

       

      Abstract: An on-ground MWD(measure while drilling) decoding system was designed based on the situation that many foreign devices have been used for the MWD in most oil fields in China.In this system,the explosion-proof tank and the on-ground collection box were integrated together as the data collection unit.First,FIR(finite impulse response) digital filtering was applied in the on-ground decoding algorithm to de-noise the mud pulse signal,of which the pump pulse base-value was then decreased by using relevant algorithm that could adjust the base-value.Next,the waveform of the mud pulse signal which has been treated by Manchester encoding within three bit cycles was analyzed;and the fuzzy clustering algorithm was also adopted for the recognition of the mud pulse signal.Experimental results show that this device can correctly extract and recognize the mud pulse signal;meanwhile the decoding process is simple and useful,with high reliability and low error rate,making it applicable to engineering projects.
