摘要: 组织灌注率是一个重要的生理参数,可是迄今尚缺乏一种满意的测量方法.为此目的的热学方法具有一些潜在优势,因此受到人们的重视.本文提供的表面热干扰稳态测量方法是一种无损伤测量方法,并可以实现定量测量.本文还提供了这种测量的多数计算结果,分析了探头尺寸、环境温度对测量性能曲线和测量深度的影响,得到了对仪器设计具有重要启示性的结果,制成了适用于临床的便携式测量仪,并分别利用家兔的人工定量灌注、离体的猪、牛肉和人的在体测量对本测量方法做了实验检验,得到了初步的肯定.Abstract: A non-damage measuring method which can realize quantitative measurements of local tissue perfusion rate,and its parameter calculation are presented in this paper.Also the effects of the probe's dimention and ambient temperature upon both the measurement performance and the measuring depth are analysed.Some important inspirations are obtained.Moreover a simplified mathematical model is derived,a measuring instrument which is easy to be carried about is made.The measurng method is tested through experiments with rabbits,under artificial perfusion condition,with the tissues of eith pigs or oxen in vitro,and with human tissues in vivo.
