Abstract:
The water-curtain controlled cooling process after rolling steel plate in Shougang Group is analyzed, then a double closed-loop fuzzy control scheme for flow ratio is proposed. Furthermore, the theoretical analysis and fuzzy modeling and the design of fuzzy controller for the dynamical flow process are carried out based on the synthetic integration of fuzzy logic and neural networks. At last the fuzzy control system for water-curtain flow process built here is verified by computer simulation with the help of the fuzzy control toolbox in MATLAB. The results show that the built model is reliable, the proposed control scheme is feasible and control performance meets the requirements of production process.
