基于水幕冷却流量过程的模糊建模与控制

    Fuzzy Modeling and Control Based on Watercurtain Cooling Flow Process

    • 摘要: 分析了首钢中厚板轧后处理中的水幕控冷工艺过程,提出了一种双闭环流量比值模糊控制系统方案.利用模糊逻辑与神经网络相结合的方法对水幕动态流量过程进行了理论分析、模糊建模,设计了模糊控制器.借助于MATLAB语言及其模糊控制工具箱进行了仿真验证.结果表明,所建的模型和所采用的控制策略是行之有效的,控制性能品质满足生产工艺的要求.

       

      Abstract: The water-curtain controlled cooling process after rolling steel plate in Shougang Group is analyzed, then a double closed-loop fuzzy control scheme for flow ratio is proposed. Furthermore, the theoretical analysis and fuzzy modeling and the design of fuzzy controller for the dynamical flow process are carried out based on the synthetic integration of fuzzy logic and neural networks. At last the fuzzy control system for water-curtain flow process built here is verified by computer simulation with the help of the fuzzy control toolbox in MATLAB. The results show that the built model is reliable, the proposed control scheme is feasible and control performance meets the requirements of production process.
