基于盘状加工件在线动平衡技术的研究

摘要: 针对在数控立式车床上加工的盘状加工件,提出了一种新的基于影响系数法的在线动平衡方法,将主轴系统视为转子系统,计算并保存试加不平衡量与其所引起主轴系统的振动响应之间的幅值影响系数和相位影响系数,待工件加工完毕之后,在不停车的情况下,启动检测控制装置,就可得到工件的原始不平衡量,然后再根据实际情况进行在线动平衡操作.实验表明该方法准确度高,简单易行,可操作性强.Abstract: A new online dynamic balancing method is introduced based on influencing coefficient method of discal work machined on the CNC vertical turning machine.It considers the spindle system as a rotor system,and calculates and saves the amplitude and phase influence coefficients which are got from the testing unbalance and the vibration response of the spindle system.When the work has been done,the primitive unbalance by means of the detection and control system without halting the machine is obtained,and then dynamic balancing operation is executed according to the practical situation.Finally,the experiment shows that this new method has the feature of high balancing precision,high feasibility and easy operation.
