柔性夹紧件的结构设计与有限元分析

    Structural Design and Finite Element Analysis of Flexible Clamping Element

    • 摘要: 为了实现微靶装配体的自动装配并保证装配精度,提出了一种通过弹性变形与半圆柱靶腔实现柔性夹持与自定心的装置.该装置的核心部件是柔性夹紧件,由橡胶材料加工而成,用于对内直径仅为800~1 000μm、壁厚约25~75μm的半圆柱靶腔的夹持.利用有限元软件对上述柔性夹紧件的结构设计是否合理进行分析和验证,通过反复的设计和修改以及软件分析和仿真验证,最终确定了一种较为合理的夹紧件结构设计方案.该设计方案不仅能满足对夹持半圆柱靶腔所提出的大部分要求,而且可以实现对其他类似形状的微小、薄壁的圆柱形物体的夹持.

       

      Abstract: A device,that can not only clamp the flexible gripping and positioning of semi-cylindrical cavity to realize the automatic assembly of micro-target,but also ensure the precision of the assembly,is presented in this paper.The flexible clamping element,which is made of rubber and used to clamp the semi-cylindrical cavity that is 800-1 000 μm in diameter and 25-75 μm in thickness,is the key of the above device.The rationality of the designed flexible clamping element structure was analyzed and validated by the finite element software ANSYS.Through repeated revisions,as well as analysis and simulation to verify,a suitable clamping element structure was finally received.The designed structure of clamping element can not only meet the mostly requirements of the micro-target assembly,but also clamp other micro and thin columniform objects.
