Abstract: This thesis points out the key elements that influence the competitiveness of China's service industry. This is done with abundant illustrations, comparisons and detailed analysis. While comparing these factors with those of the other countries, we have concluded that the competitiveness of China's service industry is far behind that of the developed world.
