变位分配原理在隧道穿越建筑物施工中的应用研究

    Study on Deformation Distributing Principle Used in Construction of Tunnel Passing Through Existing Structures

    • 摘要: 厦门机场路隧道工程在浅埋、大跨及复杂地质等工程条件下穿越地表复杂的建筑物群,为了保证既有结构的安全,制定了以变位分配原理为核心的隧道施工环境安全风险管理程序.以拆迁房104#和105#试验楼为例,论述了建筑物承载能力分析方法和建筑物破坏形式,制定了建筑物安全风险控制标准,数值模拟预测了隧道施工影响下的地层和建筑物变形,并提出了超前预加固,加强支护参数,洞内跟踪注浆以及地表注浆加固建筑物等控制围岩大变形和有效保护建筑物的工程措施.现场实测数据表明,采取相应工程措施后,建筑物最大沉降量减小了30%~40%.

       

      Abstract: Xiamen Airport Road tunneling engineering passes through a large number of buildings with shallow-buried large-section tunnel in complex geology strata,and may cause great risks.In order to guarantee the safety of existing buildings,the management program for the control of environment risk induced by tunnel construction is put forward which aims at process control and process restoration.The deformation distributing principle is the core of this program,which is successfully used in the tunnel construction of passing through 104# and 105# buildings which are reserved as structures for experiment.According to this management program,analyze method for carrying capacity and breakage types of structure are discussed,and control standards for the existing structures are made.Deformation of stratum and structure induced by the construction of tunnel is forecasted by numerical simulation.The method of surface grouting and grouting from tunnel is put forward for the control of large deformation of ground rock,and the engineering measures are supplied for the effective protect of structure.Field measurement datum indicate that,after taking the corresponding engineering measures,the maximum settlements of buildings have been reduced by 30%~40%.
