摘要: 应用弹塑性有限元的方法,模拟了在内压及轴向压力作用下金属园管的自由胀形过程,得到了与实验较为吻合的结果。
文中考查了胀形壳体上环状波纹的发生和运动,探讨了加载路径对波纹运动和胀形结果的影响。Abstract: By means of elastoplaslic finite element method, the free bulge forming of metal tubes under internal pressure and axial compression is simulated. Results of the calculation and experiments are in comparative agreement.
This paper investigates the occurrence of ringlike waves on the bulged shell and their motion, and makes an approach to the effect of loading.
