Abstract: As an organic component of the society ecology system,enterprises also obey the natural rules of birth,growth,decay and death like organism.Through the analysis of business life data,the average death age and the susceptible periods of death are known.The business life analysis includes dynamic and static:the dynamic analysis researches the whole process from the first birth to the latest death;the static analysis researches the birth and death process in a period of the time.The authors not only use the static method to construct the business life table,which provides a new way of business life analysis from the theoretical view,but also use the concrete data to construct the life table,which can reflect enterprise survival condition in the area and provide scientific evidence for government decision.
