    Sandwich Holography for Displaying Information

    • 摘要: 对夹层全息用于信息的保密防伪进行了理论分析和实验研究,夹层全息对信息的编码有两种基本方法:一是使夹层全息再现的信息干涉相减,从亮的背景中显示出来,这要求夹层干版对位误差为波长量级,而实验所能达到的最小误差为40 μm.因此这种编码方法必须有高精度的对位装置, 另一方法是使夹层全息再现的信息不干涉,从干涉条纹的背景中显示出来, 它要求夹层全息干版的对位误差小于240 μm,在不需任何专门仪器的条件下即可实现,这种编码方法具有实用意义。

       

      Abstract: An entirely new method of storing confidential information based on sandwich holography, is presented theoretically and experimentally. The information stored in the holograms can not be read out from one hologram alone; only when two holograms are put together will the information be available. There are two ways to code the information in the sandwich holograms: one is to present it according to sandwich reappeared image dark and bright; the other is to do it according to sandwich reappeared image with or without interference frings. The latter has practical significance.
