球磨聚乙烯醇纤维对砂浆性能的影响

摘要: 聚乙烯醇纤维(维纶)掺入胶凝材料(水泥、粉煤灰和硅灰)中,经40min球磨,分散拌匀,再与细集料(石英砂)制成砂浆,采用水泥胶砂试验相关标准研究砂浆的性能.研究表明,掺入球磨纤维砂浆的抗折强度和抗拉强度明显提高,特别是抗拉强度随龄期显著增长(90d提高40.8%),而砂浆相应的流动度和抗压强度变化不大.因此球磨纤维水泥能有效的提高砂浆的力学性能,而对砂浆的操作性影响不大.SEM分析了纤维的形貌,球磨后的纤维表面粗糙有利于提高握裹力.研究希望为纤维增强水泥基材料提供新的纤维掺入方法,即在水泥生产的球磨过程中加入纤维,从而制成纤维水泥这一新的水泥品种.Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol fiber (vinylon fiber) was mixed with cementing material (cement, fly ash and volatilized silica), milled and dispersed for 40 minutes through ball-miller, and then mixed with fine aggregate (quartz sand) to get motar. The properties of motar were discussed according to relative standards of motar. The results show that the tensile strength and bending strength of motar with ball-milled fiber increase distinctively, especially for tensile strength with age (increased 40.8% for 90 d) while fluidity and compressive strength of the motar has a little change. So the cement with milled fiber can increase mechanics properties and has little effect on operation properties. SEM shows that milled fiber's surface become rough, so as to improve the grasp ability. The research hopes to provide a new method for fibers to mix in cement-matrix material. Fiberwould be mixed in milling process of cement manufacture and a kind of fiber-cement would be produced.
