Abstract: Business flow of most logistics company is described by traditional data flow diagram, which not only makes the resource of logistics company assigned unevenly but also makes the user and the manager communicated difficulty. Aimed at developing our country's commercial vehicle operations system, this paper induces characteristics of UML(unified modeling language); based on analyzing, then makes clear the operation process of the typical logistics company in Beijing with UML, which lays a foundation for developing commercial vehicle operations system software further.
