氧氮氢对自保护药芯焊丝焊缝气孔的影响

    The Influence of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Hydrogen on Porosity in The Weld of SSFCW

    • 摘要: 通过改变焊接区外加气体介质和焊丝熔敷金属中氧、氮、氢含量的分析,对自保护药芯焊丝焊缝气孔的形成原因及影响因素进行了研究.研究结果表明:氧和氮是影响自保护药芯焊丝焊缝气孔产生的主要原因,氧对自保护药芯焊丝焊缝气孔的产生具有加剧作用,一般情况下,氢不是自保护药芯焊丝焊缝气孔产生的主要因素.

       

      Abstract: The causes and the influence factors of porosity in the weld of self-shieldedflux-cored wire (SSFCW) were studied through providing different gaseous stream flow into arc area and determining the content of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in deposit metal. As it turned out: that oxygen and nitrogen content are main influence factors for formation of porosity in the weld of SSFCW, oxygen can rapidly increase the quantity of porosity in the weld of SSFCW and hydrogen content is not of the main influence factors of the porosity formation in the weld of SSFCW.
