固定化细胞降解LAS废水的动力学模型研究

    The Study of Kinetic Model of Immobilized Cells for Biodegradation of LAS

    • 摘要: 将固定化细胞用于三相流化床中处理合表面活性剂(直链十二烷基苯磺酸盐,即LAS)废水,在理论上分析了降解过程的细胞动力学、并对其动力学模型进行初步研究.结果表明:LAS的降解速率,在浓度为20~100 mg/L范围内,遵循MONOD方程.由实验数据得到MONOD方程中的两个主要参数rs,maxks,可作为今后放大设计生物反应器的参考依据.

       

      Abstract: Immobilized cells wese used, in fluidised bed, for the degradation of LAS in waste water. The degradating process was theoretically analyzed, and its kinetic model was studied tentatively. The experimetal result in dicales that the degradation rates of LAS obey Monod equations in the concentration rang of 20-100 mg/L. Also, the maximum reation rate rs,max and the substrate constant ks were determined in Monod. These data can be Applied to the designing of piliot scale and full-scale bioreactors.
