应力腐蚀“恒位移”法应用于中低强钢的两个问题

    Two Problems About Applications of Stress Corrosion “Constant Displacement” Method to Intermediate and low Strength Steels

    • 摘要: 应力腐蚀"恒位移"法的许多WOL试验表明,对中低强钢其卸载位移并不总是保持恒定。本文对造成这一现象的三种因素进行了研究,并提出了同柔度法不同的观点。
      本文还提出了KISCC的上下限原理,据此原理,对某些低强高韧性钢可以用超载法确定KISCC的范围值。

       

      Abstract: A lot of WOL testing called stress Corrosion "constant displacement" methed show that its unloading displacements cannot always maintain constant for intermediate and low strength steels, Three factors effecting on this phenomenon were investingated and a different veiw-point from that of compliance procedure was provided in this paper.
      A principle of upper and lower bound for KISCC was also presented, by this principle a range value of KISCC for some low-strength and high-toughness steels can be determined with overloading procedures.
