微型多元平行流冷凝器的流程布置和风速优化

摘要: 为了找出300W制冷量微型制冷系统适用的微型冷凝器的最优方案,建立了描述平行流冷凝器特殊传热流动的数学模型.利用Matlab软件编程,针对满足450W热负荷要求的微型多元平行流冷凝器进行了一定工况下的性能模拟,得出不同流程布置、不同风速下微型冷凝器的压降、质量等曲线,找到了流程布置和空气风速对冷凝器的影响规律,并得到了450W冷凝器的最优流程布置和最优风速.Abstract: In order to design a lightweight and high efficiency condenser for a miniature refrigeration system with 300 W cooling capacity,a mathematical model is proposed to describe the heat transfer and flow in a parallel flow condenser.A program was developed by using Matlab software to simulate the performance of the condenser which satisfies 450W heating load under certain conditions.The weight and pressure drop curves against the refrigerant flow arrangements and air velocity have been obtained.The influences of different flow arrangements and air velocity on the performance of miniature condenser were analyzed and the optimum flow arrangements and air velocity were obtained.
