基于Matlab的短路过渡动态行为建模与仿真

    Study of Modeling and Simulation of Short Circuiting Dynamic Behavior Based on Matlab

    • 摘要: 为了探讨CO2气体保护焊短路过渡过程全数字控制的规律,从熔滴过渡行为角度出发,深入分析了燃弧期间熔滴体积的变化和短路期间的液桥行为,建立了熔滴和液桥行为的数学模型,并对短路过渡的动态电压负载和弧长的动态变化过程进行了数学建模.然后利用Matlab/Simulink建立了全数字控制CO2气体保护焊短路过渡整体系统的仿真模型.仿真波形与试验结果基本一致,证明所建的系统仿真模型是正确的.该仿真研究可以应用于全数字控制CO2气体保护焊短路过渡数字控制规律和动态行为的研究.

       

      Abstract: To study full digital controlled system for CO2 short circuit, the change of droplet volume in arcing period and the behavior of liquid bridge in short circuiting period were analyzed, and thus the mathematic model of the dynamic behavior of the droplet behavior and liquid bridge was built. A mathematic model was also established to describe dynamic voltage loading for short circuit transfer and dynamic processes of welding arc length. With Matlab / Simulink, the simulation model of full digital controlled welding system model for CO2 short circuit welding was built. The experiment results validate the developed simulation model, and it can be applied to the research of digital regulator rules and dynamic behavior of CO2 short circuiting welding with full digital controlled system.
