高锰酸钾沉淀除锰试验研究
Experimentations of Manganese Removal by Potassium Permanganate's Oxidation, Coagulation and Sedimentation

摘要: 试验采用混凝杯罐试验,人工配制含Mn原水,分别投加混凝剂和不同量的KMnO4,并改变KMnO4的投加时间,经过不同混凝条件的混凝沉淀后测定上清液中的Mn的质量浓度.结果表明,在适当的投加时间下,KMnO4投加量为理论值的80%~100%时对Mn的去除率达到90.6%~99.0%;原水中存在的天然有机物对KMnoO4除Mn的效果有一定的影响.Abstract: Bunsen beakers are adopted to the experiment. The resource water including manganese of the experiment is configured by manpower, then added with different quantity of potassium permanganate and coagulant, at different time of potassium permanganate. Manganese concentration of the above water is measured after coagulation and sedimentation on different conditions. The results indicate that, at the right adding time the removal rate of manganese is 90.6% -99.0%, when the equivalent proportion of potassium permanganate is 80% -100%; The nature organic matter has some effect on decreasing the removal of manganese.
