Abstract:
The hydrogenation reaction of high acid rosin can be processed under high temperature and pressure,which can eliminate the intramolecular double carbon bond and obtain stable product.In this paper,using Pd/C catalyst,the effects on product properties were investigated under different conditions of hydrogenation reaction.Based on the experimental data,the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:reaction pressure,5 MPa;reaction temperature,200℃;reaction time, 2 h;quantity of catalyst 0.3% of rosin.The structures of the high acid rosin before and after hydrogenation reaction were analyzed by IR.The effects of hydrogenation were evaluated through oxidative property experiments,etc.The result shows that under the optimal conditions,the content of double carbon bond in product reduced,and the comprehensive properties,especially,the oxidative resistance improved greatly.
