心血管功能评价中的模糊识别方法

    The Application of Fuzzy Recognition in Evaluation of Cardiovascular Function

    • 摘要: 通过主成分加权分类法对样本进行初始聚类,在此基础上采用Fuzzy ISODATA这种软划分方法,经过反复修改划分矩阵而得到最优分类,并取该结果的聚类中心作为标准模式建立隶属函数,对待分样本做出判别,针对150个样本,每人12项指标的实测数据进行了实际计算,并对50个新样本做出预报,结果相当令人满意.

       

      Abstract: It is very important to evaluate cardiovascular function and analyze the parameter indexes of blood flow in the matter of either the prediction of cardiovascular function or the diagnoses of cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,a method is introduced.It consists of the following proceedings.the clustering through the weighting of the main elements at first,then classifying the samples using fuzzy ISODATA,and modifying the division matrix again and again until an optimal classificaion comes out,which followed by taking the cluster center as the standard model to establish a subordinate function,and finally,using it to judge other samples.In fact,150 samples,12 items of each person are caclulated in this paper,the predictions for 50 other samples are made,which are quite satisfactory.
