Abstract: The features of the LonWorks an intelligent residential quarter management information system developed by the Lonworks technologytechnology are introduced. Now an intellingent controller and a quarter intelligent managment software have been designed and developed so that the remote recording of the water, electricity and gas meter, the billing system as well as the automation of the security alarming have all been implemented in the intelligent residential quarters.
