自保护药芯焊丝粉芯材料制备方法的研究

    A Study on Material of Self-Shielded Flux-Cored Wire

    • 摘要: 研究了两种自保护药芯焊丝粉芯材料丸化方法.以羧甲基纤维素凝胶制备出非晶态的BaF2颗粒.采用高温烧结法制备出晶态的BaF2-CaF2颗粒,最终采用烧结法制备出粉芯材料.经机理分析及性能试验证明,达到了试验和生产要求.

       

      Abstract: On analyzing the characteristics of the slag system of various self-shielded flux-cored wires, the High-BaF2 slag system was obtained. Since it is very difficult to add BaF2 powder into the flux, we chose tWo ways of granulation of BaF2 to research into the powder adding in the course production of Self-Shielded flux-cored wire with High BaF2 slag system. Sinter process of BaF2-CaF2 at 800℃ was used to granulate the powder of BaF2. The problem of powder-adding was solved through this way. The produced powder has the characteristics of high density, better liquidity and attains the required strength. The research results also show that the SSFCW made by the produced powder demonstrates excellent processing properties, extremely low porosity sensibility.
