Abstract:
The realization errors such as analog imperfections, gain errors, offset errors and quantization noises are introduced into the hybrid filter banks (HFB) ADC system.It is shown that no matter what kind of errors it is, it has a dramatic influence on the performance of the HFB.Therefore, a method called Central Frequency is presented to improve the performance.The validity is proved by theoretic calculation and behavior simulation.The HFB system's aliasing errors decrease above 50 dB, the distortion errors decrease 2 orders and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is enhanced about 40 dB.
