空心微珠表面金属化及其电磁防护性能研究

摘要: 以无机非金属空心微珠为芯材用化学镀工艺进行了镀铜、镀镍、镀银等表面金属化实验,得到表面金属包覆完整的导电粉体,该粉体作为电磁防护涂料的导电填料具有密度小、导电性能良好的优点。分析了空心微珠表面金属化的化学反应,并通过扫描电镜观察空心微珠表面包覆金属层的情况,结合X射线衍射仪分析粉体Cu-Ag金属化后的表层成分,表明获得了银层包覆完整的产物。空心微珠表面Cu-Ag金属化后,制成电磁屏蔽涂料,其电磁屏蔽性能可达到-40dB;表面Ni金属化后,制成吸波涂料,可获得面密度小、吸波性能良好的吸波涂层。Abstract: With cenosphere as core the electroiess metal-plating experiments such as copperplating.nickelplating and silverplating,etc.have been done so that the conductive powder with perfect metal-coaling has been obtained.The powder,as the conductive filler of electromagnetic protective coatings,has the advantage of small density and good conductivity.The authors analyze the chemical reaction of cenosphere metal-plating,use the scanning electronic microscope to observe and study the metal-plated layer and use X-ray diffractometer to analyze the chemical compositions of copperplatcd and silverplatcd surface.The results show that a perfect coated product has been obtained.After cenosphere is Cu-Ag-plated and then made into shielding material,the electromagnetic shielding property can reach-40 dB;while cenosphere is Ni-plated and made into wave absorption coatings,the coatings have small density and fine performance of wave absorption.
